IMEC awarded contract for Engineering and PMT Services from Amaniaga Resources (M) Sdn Bhd to support in the Vestigo Petroleum’s Offshore Installation and Decommissioning Campaign for Anjung Kecil Field, Offshore Sarawak (2016 - ongoing)
PETRONAS Carigali Sdn Bhd (PETRONAS Carigali) is the operator of Anjung Kecil Field (hereafter FIELD) with 100% equity and is developed under SK 315 PSC. The FIELD is located in the Central Luconia Province, about 168 km off Bintulu in water depths of 70m. The FIELD is currently being operated by Vestigo Petroleum Sdn Bhd (VPSB).
The existing FIELD architecture consist of a 3-well cable guyed caisson platform (hereafter AJK tarpon), an EWT vessel (hereafter FSU Nautica Muar) complete with spread mooring system with a subsea flowline/riser connection to the platform.
Due to the projected increase in the daily crude production volume, VPSB is planning to increase the crude stabilisation unit capacity by deploying MAMPU 1 vessel to replace FSU Nautica Muar.
FSU Nautica Muar was converted at MMHE Pasir Gudang in 2013 and was installed in the FIELD in 2014. MAMPU 1 was converted at the same shipyard in 2015.
Amaniaga Resources (M) Sdn. Bhd. (ARSB) has been awarded by Vertigo Petroleum Sdn. Bhd. for Provision of Offshore Installation and Decommissioning Campaign Project for this FIELD. IMEC has been contracted by ARSB to support them in all related Decommissioning, Transportation and Installation Engineering and PMT Services.
