IMEC successfully completed this project as the appointed Marine Warranty Surveyor (MWS) and was honored with a Certificate of Appreciation from Petrofac for achieving completion without any Lost Time Incidents (LTI). The scope of work for this project included the following:
- Installation of Jacket and Topside:
- CDW-B Jacket (approx. 1,600 MT)
- CDW-B Topside (approx. 1,240 MT)
- CDW-C Jacket (approx. 1,600 MT)
- CDW-C Topside (approx. 1,161 MT)
- Installation of Rigid Pipeline:
- 1 x 8” 13.7km West Desaru Pipeline (MOPU to PLET)
- 2 x 8” 1.6km WI & GL Rigid Pipelines (CDW-B to PLET)
- 2 x 8” 3.3km WI & GL Rigid Pipelines (CDW-C to PLET)
- Installation of FPSO Mooring System:
- 12 x Mooring Piles and Chains
- Proof load Mooring Chain to 400T
- Installation of Flexible Flowline 1 x 8” 2.6km Flexible Flowline (WD PLET to FSO)
- Installation of 2 x Mid Water Arch (MWA) (approx. 800MT/unit)
- Installation of 3 x PLET (approx. 26MT/unit)
- The Installation of Flexible Riser 1 x 8” 0.3km (West Desaru MOPU)
