Gajah Baru Central Processing Platform Load Out, Transportation and Installation (2012)
- Attend the Contractor’s fabricator and monitor the load out of the CPP jacket and topsides
- Review and comment on all load out procedures
- Provide surveillance that these procedures are implemented and sign off the check sheets /
- handover documents
- Interface with the MWS to ensure that all his requirements are implemented
- Provide surveillance of the cargo barge preparation and installation of all sea fastening
- Review all tug and barge documentation at site and ensure completeness and validity
- Ensure that all HSE procedures are implementing and that the work is carried out in a safe manner.
- Review of all load out, transportation and installation procedures.
- Offshore surveillance to ensure that work was carried out safely correctly
