As part of the restructuring of the IMEC Group and the Management Buyout of IMEC Indonesia Our Non Executive Chairman Mr Bush resigned his position and stood down from the IMEC Group Board effective 1st January 2020. Mr Bush said – ‘It has been a great privilege to serve on the IMEC Group Board for the last 9 years. I would like to take this opportunity to thank all our staff, employees and investors for their help and support in my role as Non Executive Chairman and to wish the staff and management of IMEC Jakarta all the best for the future”.
