Acting to protect the interests of underwriters or self-insured clients, IMEC provides load transfer operations attendance (loadout) of heavy structures by any transfer method (e.g. floating, lifted, skidded or trailered) including equipment, rigging and procedural verification.

IMEC also provides survey for Sea Transportation, including the verification of sea fastening completion, tow approvals, acceptable weather criteria approvals, personnel reviews, tow gear inspections and route planning reviews.
